What 20 years taught us
Most people call us after they have tried everything. They sprayed once, then again, and the insects came back. Usually the treatment stopped at what was visible and never reached the source.
The problem is stressful, and so is hiring a company. What will they put in my home? Will the price go up? Will I be able to reach them if the insects come back? That is why we write everything down before we start.
How we work
Every pest has its own treatment
A cockroach is not a bed bug, and ordinary ants are not termites. So we ask first what the problem is and where it is.
The price comes first
You get the price by phone, and it is written down before we start. After you agree, it does not go up.
The product name is in writing
You have a right to know what goes into your home. The product name is written on the receipt.
We start after you agree
No work begins until you know what we will do and whether you can stay home or need to be out for a few hours.
5-year warranty
The warranty and its terms are written on the receipt. If the pest comes back during that time, we come back and treat again.
Follow-up after the visit
Our work does not end when the technician leaves. We check in with you after the treatment.
